Residential Care Facility – Refurbishment and Redevelopment
The project involved the refurbishment and redevelopment of a residential care facility, improving the safety, functionality and quality of the spaces used by residents and staff. The design addressed the specific requirements of a health and social-care environment while coordinating architectural, structural and building-services works. Studio Boccuni provided project management, construction documentation, construction supervision and health-and-safety coordination.
