Studio Boccuni is an engineering and architecture company based in Verona and operating throughout Italy. We support public and private clients as a single technical partner, from the initial assessment to project handover.
We integrate design, project management, construction supervision, health and safety coordination, time and cost control, testing and administrative close-out. Every assignment starts from the client’s objectives and translates technical, financial and permitting constraints into clear responsibilities, documented decisions and verifiable results.
Architectural design. We develop concepts, spaces and construction solutions consistent with the project’s function, identity, regulatory requirements, budget and sustainability goals.
Technical consulting and due diligence. We assess properties, sites, constraints and documentation to identify critical issues, opportunities and the conditions required before decisions or investments are made.
Feasibility studies. We assess design alternatives, permitting pathways, schedules, costs and risks to establish whether and how to proceed on a verifiable technical basis.
Building engineering and envelope design. We design façades, roofs and construction details to ensure durability, comfort, energy efficiency, weather resistance and correct execution.
Structural engineering. We design and assess new and existing structures, focusing on safety, seismic performance, durability, constructability and regulatory compliance.
Building services engineering. We coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and specialist systems with the architectural and structural design, pursuing efficiency, reliability and ease of operation.
Interdisciplinary coordination and 3D models. We use digital models and three-dimensional visualisations to identify clashes, share decisions and make the project understandable before construction begins.
Project management. We define objectives, responsibilities, programme, decision-making processes and progress controls, coordinating designers, contractors and the client.
Construction supervision and quality control. On site, we verify that the works comply with the design, contracts and professional standards, managing inspections, documentation and non-conformities.
Health and safety coordination. We plan and monitor health and safety measures during the design and construction phases, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Schedule, cost, risk and change control. We monitor programme and budget, assess deviations and support timely, well-documented decisions.
Testing, commissioning and administrative close-out. We support the client with inspections, structural and technical-administrative testing, commissioning and the compilation of final handover documentation.
