Palazzo ex TELVE – Refurbishment and Adaptive Reuse
Palazzo ex TELVE, formerly the headquarters of the Società Telefonica delle Venezie, was designed by Edoardo Gellner, a leading figure in twentieth-century Italian architecture. Studio Boccuni developed the refurbishment and adaptive-reuse project, introducing contemporary solutions compatible with the building’s original character and distinctive architectural features. Now known as “Luce delle Dolomiti”, the development has brought a significant part of Cortina d’Ampezzo’s urban history back to life, combining conservation, technical upgrading and a new residential use.
